Sean Rima Broadcasts LIVE from the Historic Intercontinental Stephen F. Austin Hotel
Friday, March 12th from 4pm to 7pm
Sean Rima opens the Festival with a special LIVE Broadcast from the beautiful balcony at the Intercontinental Stephen F Austin Hotel. Sean will preview the Film and Interactive portions of SXSW with special guests and coverage from the Red Carpet at the World Premiere of KISS-ASS, playing Opening Night at 7pm at the Paramount Theatre. Plus, get a full recap from our coverage of the 10th Anniversary Texas Film Hall of Fame Awards with Special Guests Quentin Tarantino, Lukas Haas, Bruce McGill, Michael Nesmith and Waiting For Guffman's Catherine O'Hara and hosted by Thomas Hayden Church. Join us LIVE to kick off the festival and catch all the action...you never know who might show up!
98.9 The Big Talker will return to the Stephen F Austin on March 17th with special correspondance interviews and performances to celebrate the Official Opening of the Music portion of the Festival.

The Big Talker Lounge at The Belmont
98.9 The Big Talker will be lounging comfortably at The Belmont Classic American Restaurant & Bar from Wednesday, March 17th thru Saturday, March 20th. Sean Rima will Broadcast LIVE from The Big Talker Lounge with special guests, interviews and performances. The Belmont also presents a full line-up of performances at their beautiful outdoor stage and patio throughout the weekend.

We here at the Big Talker like the BIG Screen...well at least a lot of it. You'll find information on all the flicks that we suggest or stern warnings about the ones that suck and should be skipped.
